My problem is I'm trying to convert dvd's to wmv so they can be used on the Disney Mix Max I have all the programs they say you need but I keep getting the message the requested audio codec in not installed on this system (0xc00d0bc2) what is that? I have been all over the net trying to find it but after I download it it says I have a newer version already installed. Where do I find it and get it installed.

I really need laymen terms as I'm not real good on the computer and some terms make no sense to me. Any HELP will be greatly appreciated.I'm using the Windows Media Encoder.
